First time visiting? Bring swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle. We have a water fountain on site.
A shower before using the ice baths is mandatory for hygiene. We welcome all experience levels.

Sessions last 1 hour and are self-paced. Move between sauna and ice baths as you feel comfortable.
